    I was just curious as to the recomendations, and differences between the settings "352 x 480, 352 x 420, 720 x?"

    I know some dvd options dont support certain settings, if that makes sense.

    Read here about DVD resolutions. Which one should you choose? Depends on your source and duration of the movie. If your source is 720x480 you might as well encode as such. If your source is say captured VHS then you should go with 352x480.

    I'd stick to that if you are converting Divx/Xvid files to mpeg.
