When I was a kid I had no concept of finance. Now I work in financing. I was also the quiet kid all through school and I have a secondary degree in broadcasting communications. Go Figure.

So you're the fat kid? Don't be embarrassed about that. Be more worried that you were on a show like that.

The bright side is that after they get older, everything else in life will seem quiet

They're worth the bother, and before you know it they'll be grown and you'll wonder how that happened to fast, so enjoy them while they're young. When they get into their teens they won't think it's so funny when you tickle them under the chin and go "Goochy-goochy-goo"

I just found out my son is probably going to end up taller than me and quite possibly more girth in the body as well. He's about 36 1/2" at almost 20 months and he's in a growth spurt. If he grows another 2" in the next 4 months (which is highly likely to be more) he should grow to be at least my height. And he's got my wife's Scandinavian and Hungarian bloods in him. He eats like there's no tomorrow, too.
