Am i correct in thinking since the NEC can get hacked firmware that will anable it to write to dual layers, that some how there will be a hacked firmware for the Pioneer 107D I am pretty sure the next pioneer drive that comes out will be able to write to dua layers so maybe that is similar to the pioneer 107 and they good make a hacked firmware. Thats what they have done with the nec so maybe. Anyone care to add anything on this topic

It is very unlikely that the A07 will get a DL upgrade as of right now...

I know the person who does Pioneer hacking. And he's certainly not planning on doing any DL-related patching for the Pio 107
