Is there any way to get bigger than a 6kb avatar by linking to another location. Much in the same way you can link a pic larger than 50k in a post

Ok,if we could have bigger avatars, this guy

could have some audio of incesant banter .
:P -
Here it is:

It's now under the 6 kb limit.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
it would be kinda cool if you could link your avatar to an outside source.. tgpo's avatar gave me the idea of using a clock (GMT) that updated once a minute.

Holy shat!! Please tell me how you did that. I would like to know. It's now under the 6 kb limit.

Photoshop. There's nothing that you can't do with Photoshop, if you know how to use it. The original GIF was poorly excecuted with lot's of redundent frames. It was a simple matter of deleting some frames and reducing the color count to 16. It could've ben made smaller with little loss of quality.Holy shat!! Please tell me how you did that. GuestGuestYour avatar was the reason for the thread. I thought"howd that sob do that?"Dont mean to mooch, but can it be enlarged to 79x79?PleeeeeaaaaseOriginally Posted by racer-x

And here:

The transparent background one looks better, but you choose. I made my avatar from video footage of me racing my Dragbike down the Quarter Mile. That's me on my way to a mid-8 sec pass @ over 150 mph!
No more requests, I've got more important things to do, like edit my Son's Championship wining Baseball game.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
Heres one I would use if we were allowed bigger file sizes. its like 37k
by the way baldrick, what happened to your old avatar? I liked it better. Your new one is kind of creepy.

Its a little blurry....oh indolikaa, I have a quicktime video of a miltary film of them testing the effects an atom bomb has on an average residential house.
-
Well make one...don't try to pretend like you are too busy working :P :POriginally Posted by indolikaa
