I normally use TMPGEnc to encode mpg2, but Maincaoncept seems faster for what I am doing but I can't find how to keep my aspect ratio. I have 544x480 mpg2 files I want to resize to 702x480, TMPGEnc just fills in the extra area with blank space, but mainconcept stretches it to fill the space, how can I keep the ratio but make it a compatable DVD resolution? any other solutions would be appreciated, thanks
note: 544x480 plays fine in my player, but I am not sure if it will play in all

In Mainconcept, click Details, then Crop and Scale.
Set your output the way you want it.Cheers, Jim
