I just installed TMGenc on my computer and I burnt a vob file from a dvd. I loaded it in TMGenc and it popped up a message about being a unsupported file? is there some template I need or something? Please help me out?

You burnt a VOB file from a DVD ? Normally you burn a VOB file to a DVD. If you mean that you have ripped a VOB file, TMPGEnc Plus won't accept that as input unless you frameserve using something like DVD2AVI. Before I go into any more detail, what are you starting with and what do you want to finish with ?
