Hi
i recently purchased svcd2dvd and i am v.pleased with this program. It does exactly as it says it will and i have created 2 flawless dvds with it. However since i installed this program my windows media player has refused to play MPG's properly. I get a lot of green and wat video i can see is squashed to the top and has lines through it.
I d/led media player 9 and installed this to see if it would fix but it hasnt.
Just hopeing someone out there knows how to fix this problem and whether any one else has experienced it?
Phil

sounds like svcd2dvd has replaced your MPEG2 codec on your system. try using one of the mpeg2 codecs in the tools section, could be a bit of trial and error to find one that likes both wmp and svcd2dvd.

SVCD2DVD does nothing with codecs and does nothing that may effect how WMP plays anything.....
SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control! -

i'd still try one of the mpeg codecs from the tools section, as mpeg2 codecs will handle mpeg1 as well.
