  1. Shaq and Ben Wallace. Might make Ali-Frasier look tame.

I just can't understand why we have a good basketball team in MN of all places. And the Lakers were our team first so they can go to hell. This series is like when the Wild meet the Stars.

Bah, I'm not a basketball fan anyway...

Looks like Detroit will be facing L.A. in the finals. Any predictions?

The lakers. I just hate them because they win too much. We need other teams to win the championship. It is no fun if you start the season and you already know the lakers will win.

What is the point of even playing? Just hand them the trophy already.

There werre several times througout the regular season when they looked doubtful to even advance past the first round of the playoff. I thought they were done for when they lost the first two games of the San Antonio season. Who knows? Detroit might put up one hell of a fight. Minnesota sure as hell played a lot better than I thought they would.

  7. The only consolation to seeing the Lakers win is that Karl Malone will finally get a ring.

Unless Shaq and Wallace can start some shit before Sunday night, this could be a boring finals...

The Stons won the championship. There is justice in this world.

I bet it was. That had to be awesome. As the series went I started rooting for the Pistons. They wanted it more.

and if I could take a second to rant:

**** YOU LA...you have the better players and that's just how you played, you were lazy on offense, lacksadaisical and egotistical in your approach and I've seen more defense played by a passed out two dollar whore, than you displayed in those 5 games. You got beat by a better TEAM and you deserved every ounce of the ass pounding you got. **** you LA, win or lose you can still give a good effort, you can still leave it all out on the floor and fight for it like there was no tomorrow. You should have lost to Minnesota at least they would have played their asses off to win. **** YOU LA may you go 0-82 next year.

    Rant over.

Not to take anything away from Detroit, I like the Pistons and they deserve the championship but there were several times that Detroit looked like they were trying to dance with a drunk date.

I want the Bears to win. Is Bo Jackson playing well this year? I think Tiger Woods might be MVP again. Does Michael Jordan still play tennis?

This makes about as much sense as a penguin playing in an active volcano, but it's got you wondering, "Why are the seeds of an oak tree called acorns?" Well maybe not.
