I'm using Nero's nerovision express 2 to make avi converted and burned to DVD video movies. It works perfectly.
Now is the question, how do i put a subtitle file (.sub or .srt) into the burning process?
I want the subtitles to work on my complete burned DVD movie....

How? You obtain a authoring program that allows you to import substreams. Or, you could permanently encode them into the video, in which case you would just import the new video.

You need to learn how to use VirtualDub or better yet AviSynth
Then you need a real MPEG-2 encoder like Cinema Craft Encoder Basic or TMPGEnc Plus

P.S.
The best way to hard encode subs to the video is with AviSynth scripting."The eyes are the first thing that you have to destroy ... because they have seen too many bad things" - Lucio Fulci
