need tutorial for: JUST EXTRAS KEEPING MENU

i made some searches at this forum:

"just extras with menu" -> nothing
"extras keep menu" -> nothing
"keep menu" -> too much results
"extras keep menu" -> too much results

so i want to ask to you (excuse me if a too newbie question):

someone can indicate me a tutorial for backup JUST THE EXTRAS BUT KEEPING MENU? where i find this information?

i want to backup a CRANBERRIES SHOW DVD without compression to 2 DVD-R'S

DVD-R 1: MENU + MAIN MOVIE -> i can do with DVD SHRINK + DVD X COPY
DVD-R 2: MENU + EXTRAS -> DVD X COPY don1t allow to skip main movie
