    I'm encoding a BMP to an M2V and was told that TMPGEnc isn't the best at doing this, and I noticed that from the quality. What are some other encoders that are better with still image encoding? I tried MainConept MPEG Encoder but it causes a program error when trying to encode a BMP to an M2V. Any suggestions?
