  1. I have a homemade DVDR I made with loads of diferent clips on, and my own home made menu .. what I want to know is it possible to copy the disc with the same menu and same video, EXPECT to change one of the video streams with a different but off the same menu icon??

I'll explain it a bit better if I can.. I know its a long shot
DVD region settings are a joke, I can't believe how stupid people are falling for it

You would have to re-author to do this, as far as I know. It's possible better tools have been developed that could do this, but I don't know of any.

The individual video's, are turned into VOB's on the DVD when it's authored, so your individual video's are no longer accessable in any normal manner. The DVD IFO file points to each video's location within the VOB. It doesn't necessarily exist by itself in a single VOB (ie.. a VOB for each of your individual videos), rather it probably exists somewhere in the middle of one or more of the DVD's VOB's.
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...

It is possible, but I could only foresee it working if you put each clip in its own track and therefore each clip has its own VOB. If this is the case you could just replace the old VOB with the new one, use IFOEdit to Get VTS Sectors and job should be right.
    If in doubt, Google it.
