    I would like to convert a flash movie (XiaoXiao3.swf) into avi format but the video and audio are not in sync. I have tried using various softwares like:swf2avi.
    What freewares can I use to do the convertion without the AV out of sync?

    You might want to use Camstudio to record a portion of your screen while the SWF is playing. I doubt you'll get any sync problems doing it that way.

    Thanks for the advice. I already installed the program...unfortunately, I couldn't capture audio both with speakers or with microphone. Any other alternative way?

    It should work. I tried it a few times with decent result. Check the settings for your sound card to record line in, wave or video etc. Try selecting different ones.
