    When using TMPGEnc DVD Author's DVD Writing Tool and trying to erase the disc, I'm getting

    "Invalid unit number".

    I'm not sure what that error message means, but when TMPGEnc DVD Author's DVD-RW erasing tool (or Nero's, for that matter) has failed me, I've been successful with Alcohol 120%.

    Thanks but the erasing part is not the real problem. When I put in a blank DVDRW, I get the same problem on the authoring step.
    The descriptiveness of the error message leaves much to be desired.
    At least it's in English...

    I don't use that option. I just create a dvd folder structure and burn that with my fav burning program. Works 100%
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
