encoding with DvIllusion

OK personny, when i came across this program, i thought it was a godsend. Convert Avi and divx to vcd or svcd. But when i tried it, the video came out perfect, but the audio is sketching, like itlly jut out and like basically flicker.

how can i stop this?

i have tried ffmpegx, and dont like it. any soloutions?

I would always suggest ffmpegx for this. It can convert virtually everything . Agreed, the interface is a little daunting at first, but you'll get used to it in no time.

Alternatives mpeg2works or MMT-EZ

I'd never heard of divillusion until a few weeks ago. Isn't it still on version 0.1 or something like that? Frankly I'm more surprised it works at all
