    Hi,
    I use this guide to make a DVD Mixed

    and its works, but now i want to do it again
    but when i want to add a clip, a error box appears
    "could not initialize decoder"

    what the problem here ?

    More then likely that you have a bad file. I use TMPEGENC DVD Author and ULEAD Movie Factory. I have found that ULEAD MF is a bit more tolerant of file errors.
