how to i take my MPEG and put it on a dvd-r

i have a movie that is mpeg

i opened it up in Gspot and this is all it told me

(S) --> Elecard MPEG2 Demultiplexer --> Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder --> (R)
(S) --> Elecard MPEG2 Demultiplexer --> Moonlight Odio Dekoda --> (R)


i think the movie is 480X480

Have a look HERE for some guides.
Find something there to suit whatever software you have.
