Edit DVD Menu: Change Menu Background Picture

I need to know of a tool that will allow me to change the background image on a DVD menu. It's not a motion menu, just a simple flat menu. I used MenuEdit to save the menu image, made my changes.......now I need to know of a program that will allow me to edit the background image on a menu.

It is from a pre-authored DVD I ripped to my hard drive. Any ideas?

I'm lost with those directions. I can't get it to Remux with my M2V. It says it does it, but when I do a replace it says NO VIDEO PRESENT. Somewhere along the line it's not 'taking' my new M2V that I want as the menu. Thoughts?

I can't get the Remux M2V to provide a valid VOB file. When opening the one it creates with my M2V in MenuEdit, my buttons and cells are still there, but my background image is gone and it says NO VIDEO DATA. What am I doing wrong?
