Help with streaming media url

I have opened a link in wordpad for a streaming video that opens up in Real Player. The html looks like this:

<a href="#" onClick="launchVideo('vid=19499'); return false">

How do I save this onto my hard drive? I've tried hypercam, but I can't get the audio, only the video.

You can capture real, asf, and wmv streams using Stream box vcr or ASF recorder 1.1. I am not sure if these programs are now illegal. Sorry if they are
