I want to create a DVD+Audio of music that springs to mind when I write about certain characters in my novels. Essentially, to paint an audio picture of what I am writing. I have plenty of music to draw from, but I am at a bit of a loss when it comes to finding the method to author such a disc. I am also not sure if this is the right forum. Anyway, I've looked through a lot of the guides, and finding ones that cover this operation is a tough ask. Is there a specific tool I should use, or a guide that can point me in the right direction? Has anyone else here tried a similar project? What should I be wary of?

While I've never created (nor can I see myself doing any such thing in the near future), you got me thinking about this. It seems this site is lacking in DVD Audio authoring guides (notwithstanding the site is now called VideoHelp.com). Perhaps Video-AudioHelp.com?

I looked for some guides out of curiosity and found an interesting article that covered some ground in this area.

I also found a review for DVD+Audio v1.0.2 which might prove helpful with a read through.

While I said there are no guides specifically stating they are DVD Audio on this site, that's probably because it's still only a VideoHelp site and Baldrick hasn't added any such categories as audio. Take a look at this guide which details how to create DVD Audio using DVD Maestro (if you have access to it).

Other than that, there are far too many false or useless links for me to follow to try and find a definitive guide. So good luck and if you have positive results making your DVD Audio, don't forget to document the methods you used and make a guide here. Not sure which category you'd put it in, though...
