Whats the Best Capture Program

I'd like a capture program that allows you to watch/record in Stereo and preffebly record to Divx/Xvid

I can do that you wish with all the typical ones (virtualdub, virtualvcr, AMcap, etc).

A good freeware solution for realtime divx/xvid could be MPEG Recorder. Not the best solution yet, but promising (IMHO)
