    I am getting discouraged w/the whole DVD ripping and encoding thing. First I tried making VCDs, but they didn't play well on my player (although they were fine in the computer), then I tried making a DiVX movie and it looks horrible. The picture and audio are fine, but the film "moves" in a really stilted way, you can see each frame "loading" from top to bottom.

    Am I missing something obvious? Thanks in Advance

    I also discovered that my audio is extremely out of sync. How can I fix that?
