Does anybody know if SONY's DVD Architect 1.0 is compatible with Power DVD? I have authored some DVDs with DVD Architect. All of them play fine with regular DVD players, but on the other hand, they seem incompatible if played with Power DVD - menu crashes; if there are more than 2 buttons, 1 one them does not correspond to the right movie. Can anybody help please?
Thanks in advance.

I can confirm, as a user of both DVDA and Power DVD that they can coexist in peace and harmony.
As far as why you may be experiencing problems, I can't really say. I know I had problems with my Power DVD acting funky until I got a patch for it, but that was over a year ago... -
Thanks for taking time to respond.
I confirm it too. Both Power DVD and DVD Architect were getting along very well until I installed the new DVD Architect trial version 2.0 on a second drive (D) - windows and DVD Architect 1.0 are on C. I have already unintalled trial version 2.0, have also uninstalled and installed again version 1.0, but it doesn't work. Power DVD crashes when plays DVDs authored by DVD Architect. Don't know what to do. -
Don't know this would help, but maybe try
Uninstall Power dvd and dvd architect. Then install Power dvd by itself -
I've tried uninstalling both Power DVD and DVD Architect. I re-installed both again later. Same problem happens. One of the buttons in the menu does not work at all - does not correspond to the movie it indicates. When I try to play the DVD authored with DVD Architect, clicking on that button starts playing the wrong movie. I notice on the timeline bar that there's a point, a division right on the middle of it. At that point, lies the end of the wrong movie and after the same point, Power DVD crashes. Please, note that the DVD project is simple:
a main menu with 5 buttons (one of them opens a submenu with only one movie). One of the 5 buttons in the main menu should play a certain movie (as it correctly does when you try to preview it with DVD Architect). As soon as you burn the DVD, the problem is there (one of the five buttons plays the wrong movie - the one in the submenu). Same DVD plays well with regular DVD players. Don't know why this is happening with Power DVD. Would it be DVD Architect or Power DVD? Would I be doing anything wrong? Help will be very appreciated.
