  1. I have several good quality divx files, each about 330MB with mp3 audio. See here for an example: ed2k://|file|The.Office.-.s02e01.Repack.DivX5.1.1.DVD-Rip.CthragSardius.avi|355571712|F30378DDAAA3241EAA 3C66F186207E28|/ My problem (it's not a codec issue...) is that there are occasional audio hiccups scattered throughout the files. Not so much pops as very brief dropouts or hiccups. Does anyone know of a tool which I could use to remove or minimize these hiccups, which are apparently artifacts of the encoding process? Thanks.

I've found that there is rarely a magical cure-all for poorly encoded audio. You can always try and audio editor like Goldwave or Cool Edit Pro/Adobe Audition and play with the filter effects.
