I/O Error

hi there, im trying to make a backup copy of my S.W.A.T DVD but everytime i try and decrypt it using DVD Decypter i get this error I/O Error,Failed to send challenge key.and when i try and use DVD Shrink i get this error copy protection error the read failed cuz the sector is encrypted..iv had this "sector" error before and i just used dvd decrypter to solve the prob but its not working this time. i also have Any DVD 2.0.0.4 installed..thank you any help will be muchly appreciated.

EDIT: AFTER DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ADAPTEC ASPI DRIVERS IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING.

sounds like damaged/dirty disc, unless you using a poineer 120 rom as dvd shrink doesnt like them...........i had this lots!

well i dont know the dvd i was backing up was bran new. the dvd burner came with the cpu its a hp pavilion pc one of those package deals...not the greatest but not that bad either...parents pc anywayz.
