    Hi,
    I have a Hauppauge WinTV card which works fine but I always have some interferences.
    It's diagonal red moving bars like if the are generated by a fan (so I disabled my chassis fan but I also have these lines).
    It's not a bad antenna because I also have them when I connect my vcr to capture a tape.

    Decoder: BT878
    Tuner Model: Philips FI1216 MK2

    What Can I do to suppress these lines ?

    if you've got speakers or anything near the coaxal wire, move it. something might be interfereing with it. also, try replacing the wires connecting the TV to the computer.
