WMV to VCD problem. Help please!

I have a few movies I made using Adobe Permiere Pro 7.0 I have them in .WMV format and tried to convert them to VCD using Nero 5.5.9.9. I didn't change any settings in Nero, everything was set at defult. Everything converted fine excpet the video sped up about 2x what it was orginaly. I have the video and music insync with each other but after trying to convert them the video is miles ahead of the audio. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it? Thanks.

Try using TMPGEnc to convert the wmv to mpeg and then burn the mpeg with Nero. Nero's mpeg encoder isn't very good.
