    in quide https://www.videohelp.com/avi2divx.htm is says:

    "Select under Video->Fast recompress (Do not use full processing, read here why)"

    To apply filter one must choose "Full processing mode"

    Anyone who can explain?

    Fast recompress will allow you to encode much faster than full processing mode. Like the guide says, if you apply any kind of filters you must use full processing mode.
