Problems Burning from Hard Drive

When burning Video_TS files from a hard drive to a DVD I sometimes get a picture with no color and picture that "flips" as if the horizontal adjustment is slightly off. I've tried burning these particular files with Nero, DVDShrink, and Imgtool Burn, all with the same results. Other files of the same type burn correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

As you have treid various burning software..It would tend to point to a problem with the files you are starting with. But you dont say where, what or how you got to the Video_Ts folder stage its very hard to help you.

Is this the case of using NTSC template to burn PAL disc or the other way around (authoring issue)?
