I have encoded a video in mpeg2 format, using CCE. the resolution is 352*480 with 48000 khz of audio. i encoded the video using CCE 2.67, and i put the frame rate at 23.97 fps, with pull down, but it detects the video as 23.97 fps. how can i make this into 29.97 fps. i already have Pulldown.exe, but is there like a GUI for pulldown.exe?

lol sorry about that, usually i check it all the time, but i entered Pulldown into the search for a tool engine, and i only got pulldown.exe, which is just the batch program that can't be operated as a standalone, plus i already had it
