Does anyone has experience on Yakumo's DVD recorder ? At least it looks to have good support for DVD formats and lot's of interfaces compared to similar price devices. Does it work ?

Got one from Amazon for around £30.00 mark just before Christmas, tacky remote but plays everything, VCD,SVCD,KSVCD, MINI DVD, MP3,s plus all the stuff that I have made myself when experimenting with silly settings, there was a firmware upgrade for it on their website but I never used it ,picture is excellent and beats my Wharfdale 750s for sharpness and colour.....If I had to buy a new DVD player then I would buy this machine again, you can read reviews on Amazon, well worth the money.
Update just noticed you ment the recorder I got the DVD master player, in that case I would go for a Panasonic recorder instead they have a great reputation for quality and reliabilty and dont cost much more, somebody paid about £200 for the Yakumo XL recorder on E=BAY a few months ago and it was so;d as new and unused..Oscar.
