  1. I'm sure there's a simple solution to this problem that I missing somehow. I just created a DVD in DVD Studio Pro 1.5. When I preview it on the computer it navigates through the 6 buttons perfectly. But, when I burn the project to a DVD and play it in my DVD player, there is a short pause between each button that I navigate through. I also noticed that when I navigate from the first button to the 2nd the chapter on the DVD player changes from 0 to 1 and so on, until I get to the 6th button and the chapter reads 5. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I should be able to just go up an down through the buttons without any pauses.

    Thanks

Is this a motion menu, or does the picture at the back change as you move from button to button ? It sounds like you have created a motion menu with a different scene shown depending on what button has focus. This is done by creating a series of clips (or chapters in your instance), one for each button, then auto shifting to the next/previous one based on the button your are moving to. It takes more time for a single speed DVD player to move the correct menu scene/chapter that your soft player playing off a harddrive.

  3. It's a still menu. Is there an easy way in DVD Studio pro to get rid of the chapters I've somehow created?
