    Ok i use a digital camera to record what i want then i upload it to the computer and save it on my computer, and now i want to pause my clip and take a pic of it. how do i do this?

    Use Virtual Dub mod, load the video, use the cursor to select the exact frame you want, then select Video-->Copy Outout Frame to Clipboard. Then the frame you want is now on your clipboard, ready for your favorite program.
