Hi! i need help again. i just bought a new PCTV deluxe tuner [pinnacle] and it has no audio. the video is fine but there's no audio coming out. i tried using different rca cables but to no avail. i have no idea where to use the internal cable that came with it because it does not fit the "audio" jack of my VCR.
i also checked the "AUDIO" settings in pinnacle and my sound device is listed as "VIA AUDIO [WAVE]". does this mean i have to buy a sound card before I use the tuner? i've always thought i had the soundcard.
i really need help cos the clerks where i bought this from have no idea too how to use it.
thanks in advance!

the audio cable coumes out of the tuner and feeds into your sound card. make sure to put it in your line-in port of your sound card.
