Ok I did a 1 hour capture of this tv show I liked. I am running an ATI AIW Radeon 8500 128mb and I used MMC 9.0 for the capture. My video codec was huffyuv and my audio was pcm (native) set at 48khz. I did the capture and played it back and the file worked, audio and video in sync. However when I go into Virtual Dub ( I am using the latest ver btw) and encode it with the xvid codec at 900kbps CBR, it actually comes out with audio and video synch issues. I also put in a deinterlace filter but i dont think that is the reason for the out of syncness. Anyone know what could be the problem and a remedy?
