Someone here know how to choose the DVD decoder for playing files if there's more than one installed?. For example, I have PowerDVD 5 installed, and if I install Mainconcept encoder, it will install its own decoder, but I've read here that it produces problems for playing back files in some players, so what I want to do is to make the PowerDVD's decoder the default one to be used by any application. Is this possible? Thanks for your help.![]()

If you right click on any video file and click 'open with'
you can select a program or browse for one and there is a checkbox to use that program as the default for that kind of file.
