I´m capturing some TV shows into the computer and saving them in directly into MPEG format.
The final MPEG file is perfect and the quality is just what I need, however I wanna remove a few parts of the original file I had created.
I can open and easly edit the MPEG file using Pinnacle Studio 9, but once I go to the create file screen and try to recompile the final video the studio 9 is not able to do the task.
I can watch the edited video into the software itself, but when I try to create a final MPEG file Studio 9 jumps 98% of the frames and gives me a 6.6 MB file instead of a 1.2GB one.
I can edit the MPEG file using TMPGEnc, however I think that Studio 9 is a more user friendly program for that task.
If I have an AVI file on edit instead of a MPEG one the program is able to process the final file.
Original captured file:
720 x 480
NTSC
bitrate: 3000
final:
720 x 480
NTSC
bitrate: 3000
but cutting off the propaganda
If you have any suggestions on any other software that can edit MPEG files with a friendly interface I´m ready to try it, however, I´ve been using Pinnacle since v6 and would like to try to stay with it.
Thx for any help.
