I downloaded the EO (V.136) video conversion program and im trying to convert several video clips that are in RM format to MPEG. Each clip is roughly 35mb. I completed one conversion to Mpeg and it took about 16 hours to complete. I am using 3ghz proccessor and have plenty of ram available for the program to run. I was wondering should it be taking this long or am I doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Sixteen bloody hours?! That's ridiculous. I tend to doubt that you did anything wrong. I haven't had much success converting RM to mpg using that program. The way I was able to do it was by uninstalling all Real Networks software and installing Real Alternative in its place, then using TMPGEnc to convert to mpg. For some reason though TMPGEnc wouldn't recognize the real audio so I ended up using EO Video just to convert the audio to wav and then I used the wav as the audio source in TMPGEnc.
