  1. Here is the story:
    I have chocolate St. Claus in transparent wrapper on my living room shelf.
    - I left for vacation for one week (all windows closed
    and shaded AC was on)
    - I returned and the chocolate turned from dark brown into almost white.
    - The next day it was dark brown again.
    - Now this morning it was light brown again.

    What is going on here?

  2. I'm sort of embarassed that I know this...but most chocolate contains cocoa butter. You get the white effect when the cocoa butter separates from the other ingredients. Now why did this happen...heat maybe?

    Instead you can, there's nothing wrong with the chocolate(except the fact it's 7 months old )

    I wonder if a chocolate Frosty The Snowman on the same shelf would turn opposite colors as the Santa.....

  12. Obviously you are a newbie and are not familiar with the color morphing capabilites of Michael Jackson Clause. I suggest you check out the FAQ under color correction.
