I just bought a digital viedo camera and I want to be able to put the video onto my computer, edit it, add chapters, all that good stuff, and then put it onto a DVD, what software would be best for this. I have heard of adobe primiere but im not sure if thats what I would need. I am new at this obviously so I was looking for software that you could use without having a degree in video editing.

There are three steps working with video Capture, Edit and Burn. I tried software from Ulead, Pinnacle and Nero and I think the best software to acomplish those three steps above for beginers and advanced users is Pinnacle DV studio 9 http://www.pinnaclesys.com/ProductPage_n.asp?Product_ID=1883&Langue_ID=7
