Essentially what I want to do is to:
1. strip out all the RFF and TFF flags, creating a 23.976 stream from a 29.97 stream.
2. do a proper 3:2 pulldown on the 23.976 stream.
I have DoPulldown, but have some questions about how to use its options for this kind of job.
I assume that if I turn on "No Pulldown" and "No RFF", and set "Frame Rate" to 23.976, and leave all other options at "No Change", then this will accomplish step 1.
And then I assume that if have all options either off or "No Change", and set "Frame Rate" to 29.97, that this will accomplish step 2.
But, can DoPulldown also do this all in one step? In other words, will the default no change/off settings essentially do both steps?
