Has anyone had problems when caturing MPEG1 for VCD using ATI Radeon card. No option on video in 7.0 but there is one on video in 7.1.
Problem is that during the capture there are sections where image cycles for about 20 seconds and then continues. Top 10% part of image has correct image. Sound is OK.
Video source can be VHS player or DV camcorder. Same result.
ATI were no help. MS say DirectX 8.0 could be problem, but downloaded fix does not help.
Any answers.
Has anyone got same problem when trying to create real time MPEG at VCD quality?
