    Hi there. A friend passed me a DVD-R recorded on one of those Sony DVD recorders. My DVD-Rom doesnt detect the disc. Upon checking with DVD Decrypter I found out that the status for the disc is "Incomplete". Is there a way I can close the disc using any available software out there. Alternatively, how can I extract the files from this disc. Please advice.

    Get your friend to finalize the DVD-R.
