    I downloaded a file off of the internet (around 130 MB) and when I got to play it, using Windows Media Player 9, I can't seek using the bar at the bottom. All it says is "Playing: 700 k bits/second" Is there a way I can seek? and it also, after about 3 minutes, the video just stops playing. It happens usually around the same spot but not at the exact same spot. Can anyone offer any solutions??

    I gave up on WMP a long time ago. I now use Zoom Player. Media Player Classic is another great player too.
