  1. hi

i have got a Extern CD-RW Asus 52x24x52 (USB 2.0) (Retail) burner and i recently bought some high capacity cd-rs (philips cd-r90 800meg) to make longer vcds, however nero (v.6) wont allow me to burn more than 703meg, and my mpegs are too big to fit on a smaller capacity cd-r

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    thanx

  2. I seem to recall you have to go into the advanced preferences menu in Nero and enable overburning - assuming your writer is capable of it, of course.

Don't forget these "high capacity" discs are non standard and may not be as compatible as you would like when you come to play them back.

You might possibly have to turn off standard compliance also.
    If in doubt, Google it.
