    How do I play it, what do I ned and where can I get it. Also how would I go about burning it to.

    A VOB file stands for video object. You can usually use a dvd player to play it.

    play it with PowerDVD, WinDVD, or any player that supposts vobs. Where? your local software store. Burn? lots of guides on this forum. lot of reading ahead for you.
