Hi all, seeing as this is the best resource for help and info on the net for DVD burning, i`ll post this here, and see if anyone can help!!

Ok, author, encode, etc, no problems, preview disc/project, all ok,but no matter what burning program I use, once I`ve put the project onto disc, for some reason it combines all my chapters into about a five second section, and leaves the remainder of the movie chapterless, (i.e. as one long file), with ( according to the on screen display ) almost all the time elapsed, and only 2 mins left to play! Sometimes by leaving it to play it goes through the movie, ( once the 2 mins remaining has elapsed, it just says 00.00.00 on the on screen counter), but sometimes the disc just crashes...

Any suggestions? I`d guess there`s a problem with the table of contents/menus, but don`t know what to do about it!

Have tried a couple of different brands of discs, and now had enough! All I`m trying to do is compile basic DVDs, mainly of my old tapes, broken into chapters for easy access.

My PC is a 1400 Athlon, 512mb ram, 100gb hard disc, Windows 98se, running either TMPenc, to encode, or Sonic MyDVD, Roxio`s disc burning software, or DVD-Lab, all of which produce the same results on the discs!

Please help me?
