I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I searched and could see nothing similar in any other forum.
Is it possible to extract the menus from a DVD to encode as MPEG2, so that they can be put onto a DVD as tracks in their own right?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use dvdshrink (free program) Select the menus you want, then burn to dvd
