    Hi!
    I am thinking of buying this card and I want to ask you this:

    Can I capture Mpeg 1 in real time? I want to capture
    some video tapes in Mpeg 1 and turn them to vcd. I
    have win 2000 profesional and Pentium III celeron
    900MHz. I am not asking for Mpeg II because is too
    much for my CPU , but is Mpeg 1 poosible?In this site I read only comments for capturing in other codecs with this card.

    I have used it with PIII 800, no problem-could capture to 720x576 avi with PicVideo MJPEG codec.

    yes, but then I have to convert it to mpeg 1 in order to put it in vcd.Or not?
