DVD authoring

Hi ,

1.i work on both (windows and mac)! I would like find a very programm for dvd authoring and editing! I want to capture dvd vobs ar all the movie after the back up on my Hard disc and then i would like to change certain things!

In windows is very easy, because i find a lot of toos and application for direct dvd authoring without encoding the dvd files to another format!!

In mac i have no idea how to do it!! I haven't find a programm that yet!

2. I would like to find also a tool that backups and compress the dvd on my hard disc, but also saws me the loss of quality that i have when include the menu, extr feautures or not!!!

This is something that i find easely also in windows and i can't find it in mac!!!

1) Stick with PC for that, as all Mac tools (that I'm aware of) require you to convert to another format for editing.
2) MacTheRipper, YadeX, OSEx and DVDBackup are the available rippers for MacOS X, in order of my personal preference and success rate (disclaimer: I'm part of the MacTheRipper project, but I am unbiased when I say that [it] works best).
As for shrinking, DVD2OneX is the best option with the most features, and DVDRemaster is the only other alternative, which usually works when DVD2OneX fails.

sorry forgot not everyone understands all of my sayings.... its something my brother and I would say.......

translation........ its the best damn ripper on the OSX platform :P
